This cacophony belongs to the Tasmanian devil, a creature known for its fierce vocalisations. As the eerie echoes fill the air, you realise these nocturnal inhabitants, hidden in the shadows, are an essential part of nature’s untamed symphony. Kea was photographed at Devils at Cradle (https://devilsatcradle.com), this image is being used worldwide to help educate people about the devastating disease affecting Tasmanian devils.
